By placing an order, you are agreeing to the following policies. It is up to you as the customer to read the policies before placing your order.

Cancellations:
Preorders: Preorder orders are open until the 15th of each month and can be canceled up until the 14th of the month.
Retail: Retail orders are final.

PayPal Disputes:
Any PayPal disputes that are filed without contacting me first will result in all current and future orders being canceled. You will also be removed from the Facebook group.

Printing Method and Fabric Content:
Our fabric is digitally printed. Our fabrics are exempt from flammability testing. We currently have 5 fabric types: Cotton Lycra: ~240 GSM, 58″-60″ wide, 95% Cotton/5% Lycra, Cotton Woven: ~150 GSM, 58″-60″ wide, 100% Cotton, Plush Minky (double sided stretchy minky): ~350 GSM, 58-60″ wide, 95% Polyester/5%Spandex, Waterproof Canvas: ~240 GSM, 56-58″ wide, 100% Cotton and is socked in a waterproof solvent and Vinyl: 12″ or 18″ Rolls, Standard print: 1mm thick, 52-54″ Wide, Medium weight with a soft backing and smooth finish, Clear PVC Vinyl: 0.4mm thick, 46-48″ wide, and Jelly  TPC Vinyl: 0.5mm thick, 52-54” Wide..

Turn Around Time (TAT):
Preorders: Preorders are submitted around the 15th of each month. Different items may have different TATs (see listing to see items TAT) but the normal TAT is 5-7 weeks from the 15th for me to receive the items. Then another 1-2 weeks for me to cut and ship out all orders. My fabric is printed overseas so both US and international holidays may cause delays.
Retail: Retail orders will normally ship out in 1-3 days but may take up to 1 week unless it is combined with preorder item(s). If an order has retail and preorder items in it, they will all ship at the same time. If you’d like your retail order to ship separately, please place it as a separate order. If you combine retail and preorder on accident or decide you don’t want to wait for your retail item(s) you can contact me, and I can send you an invoice for the new shipping.

Refunds:
Refunds are only for orders that have issues that were missed by me. If your order has any issues, contact me within 5 days of receiving your order for us to resolve the problem. Contact before washing or cutting your fabric.

Flaws:
Small flaws are to be expected with digitally printed custom fabrics. Flaws can be within 2″ of the selvage, tiny speckles or white dots throughout the fabric, ink runs, and tiny holes from the factory processing. I try to catch any flaws beyond the normal range as I’m cutting. If I missed a flaw that is outside the normal range of flaws, contact me for us to resolve.

Colors:
Due to screen resolution colors may vary. Colors can also vary slightly from our strike offs as we may have done some slight changes. Digital print can also have slight color variations during the printing process. Each batch print may have slight differences in colors, and each base may be slightly different as different materials take to the dies differently. 

Shrinkage:
With most of the fabrics being 95% and 100% cotton, shrinkage of the fabric is to be expected.
